Terms of Service

By purchasing or using Soarias, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the software. We've kept this short and plain.

1. The license you're buying

For a single payment of the listed price, Bare Stark grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Soarias macOS application on Macs you own or control, for both personal and commercial app development. You may ship apps you build with Soarias to the App Store and keep all revenue from those apps. You may not redistribute Soarias itself, resell or transfer the license key, or remove the licensing check.

2. What you get

• Soarias.app for macOS, signed and notarized.
• Lifetime free major updates while Soarias is offered.
• Email support at [email protected] on a best-effort basis.
• The 7-day outcome guarantee described in our Refund Policy.

3. What we don't promise

The software is provided "as is". We make no warranty that Soarias will fit any particular purpose, will be free of bugs, or that Apple, Anthropic, OpenAI, or any other third party will continue to offer the services Soarias depends on. We are not Apple, Anthropic, or OpenAI and cannot fix issues in their systems.

4. Your responsibilities

• You maintain your own Apple Developer Program enrollment ($99/year, paid to Apple).
• You maintain your own Claude Code subscription with Anthropic.
• You ensure your apps comply with Apple's App Review Guidelines, your local laws, and the rights of any third parties.
• You keep your license key confidential. Compromised keys may be revoked.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Bare Stark for any claim arising out of or relating to Soarias is capped at the amount you actually paid for the license. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost App Store revenue, lost time, or App Store review rejections.

6. Termination

We may revoke a license key for fraud, chargeback abuse, or material breach of these terms (notably: redistribution of the software). On revocation we refund any amount actually paid by the original purchaser, less applicable processing fees, unless the revocation is for fraud.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version live at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes affecting existing license holders will be emailed.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chiba District Court.
