1. Who we are

Soarias is operated by Bare Stark (sole proprietorship, Ren Murata), with offices at 2-18-5 Satsukigaoka, Hanamigawa-ku, Chiba-shi, Chiba 262-0032, Japan. Contact: [email protected].

2. Local-first, by design

Soarias.app — the desktop application — has no telemetry, no analytics, no remote logging, and no servers we operate that the app contacts. Your project files, your code, your prompts, and your Claude Code conversations stay on your Mac. The application contacts only:

• soarias.com once at startup to verify your license key (sends only the key, receives a yes/no);
• Apple's notarization service for one-time Gatekeeper assessment when macOS first launches the app;
• Anthropic only when you yourself trigger Claude Code from Soarias — you are the customer of Anthropic, not us;
• OpenAI only if you enter your own API key in Settings to enable design proposals — your key, your usage, your account.

We add no new third parties to the data path beyond what your existing tools already use.

3. What soarias.com collects

3.1 When you purchase

• Email address — to deliver your license key.
• Order metadata — order ID, amount, date, country.
• Card / payment data — handled exclusively by Square, Inc. We never see card numbers; Square returns only a transaction reference.

3.2 When you download

• Your license key, your IP address (incidental, in HTTP logs), the file you requested. Logs are retained for 30 days for abuse detection then deleted.

3.3 When you contact us

• The email content and any attachments you send. Used only to respond.

4. Tracking, cookies, analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Cloudflare (hosting) sets a single non-tracking cookie for security challenge purposes only.

5. Sub-processors

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, DNS, R2 object storage. Data: request logs, license records database, DMG files.
• Square, Inc. — payment processing. Data: card data, billing details (we do not see card data).
• Resend — transactional email delivery (license keys). Data: email addresses, message bodies.

6. Retention

• License records (email, order ID, key, status): retained for the lifetime of your license plus 7 years for tax/accounting law (Japan).
• Web access logs: 30 days.
• Support correspondence: 2 years from last contact.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. Note that license records may be retained as required by Japanese tax law even after deletion of identifying email/contact data.

8. International transfers

Our hosts (Cloudflare) and email delivery (Resend) operate global infrastructure. Data may be processed in the United States and Europe.

9. Changes

We post the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes are emailed to active license holders.

10. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Chiba District Court.
